1. Breathing Too Shallowly

There is more than one way to breathe, and most of us aren’t doing it right. Chest breathing is how most people breathe, but it’s much better to breathe with your diaphragm. This kind of deeper breathing can help relieve stress, lower your blood pressure, and even improve endurance.

2. Exercising Too Often

Studies show that exercising as much as six days a week makes your body think it’s being overexerted. A more reasonable workout schedule might be the ticket to slimming down without overdoing it.

3. Wearing The Wrong Shoes

Your feet aren’t the only things you’re risking when you wear a bad pair of shoes.

4. Washing Too Much

Scrubbing too thoroughly or too often could result in removing the good bacteria, which makes it harder for your body to fight off infection. Consider skipping the shampoo a couple of days each week, and also limit your shower time to avoid over-cleaning.

5. Using The Wrong Soap

There is absolutely zero conclusive evidence that says using antibacterial soap helps keep you from getting sick.

6. Wearing Clothes You Washed In A Dirty Machine

If you don’t regularly wash your washing machine your clothes just may not be as clean as you think.

7. Sleeping Too Much Or Too Little

When you don’t get the proper amount of sleep, your brain begins to crumble. And remember catching up on sleep is not possible. Surprisingly, getting too much sleep has just about the same effects as getting too little sleep.

8. Sitting

If you sit for long periods of time every day you may develop serious health issues.

9. Cutting Out Major Food Groups

Simply put, cutting out all fats or all carbs is not a great idea. Your body needs these in order to function properly.
