Kate Jackson gave birth to triplet girls. She and Alex Ashman, her fiancé, love their sweet bundles of joy. Their sweet family lived in Tortola, an island severely ravaged by Hurricane Irma last September.
Kate, her fiancé, and their triplets hid in her mother’s Caribbean home during the onslaught of Hurricane Irma. Aside from Kate’s family, her sister and friends also sought shelter inside the old house.
They all cowered inside the newly constructed bathroom as the hurricane ripped the house apart. The women held the infant triplets, while the men covered them with a headboard. The hurricane was so strong that each of them bid farewell to one other. They also prayed and hoped for the best for everyone.
When the walls of the bathroom began crumbling down, Nick, one of Kate’s friends, searched for a new place to hide. The males kicked the windows and pulled each of the ladies out. They saw the entire house ripped apart by the storm. They all ran to safety to the neighbor’s house.
Kate and her family lost everything they had. Fortunately, nobody got hurt. Everyone survived the hurricane, including the triplets. According to reports, the triplets were the youngest survivors in the entire Caribbean.
The story of the family was shared on social media after the storm, and it was an instant hit. Everyone was inspired by their resilience. If you wish to help the family, you can donate via their GoFundMe campaign.
The triplets are named Isabella, Beatrice, and Charlotte. They were barely six months when the hurricane wreaked havoc across the Caribbean.
