Since giving birth to her baby named, True, on April 12th, Khloe Kardashian has lost around 33 pounds.
The famous reality TV star shared her journey getting back in shape in her official app.
Khloe shared that she didn’t know the exact number of pounds she wanted to lose at first because she didn’t start working out until six weeks after giving birth.
She was even surprised after losing so much weight in just three months.
Khloe credited breastfeeding and living an active lifestyle for her weight loss.
In spite of the fact that she didn’t work out during the entire time she was pregnant, she managed to keep her body healthy by staying active.
A couple of weeks after giving birth, Khloe went back to the gym along with Joel Bouraima, her trainer.
She was really excited to get back to her daily routine, so she immediately reached out to Joel after her doctor said it was fine for her to start working out again.
Even though she’s a fitness enthusiast, Khloe has since said that each mother has her way of coping after pregnancy.
It’s not mandatory for every mother to work out so they can lose the pregnancy weight.
She denied the rumors about putting herself on extreme diet and exercise.
She claimed that she had wanted to return to her daily routine before she delivered her baby, and proceeded to work out five times a week as such.
She didn’t pressure herself to lose the post-baby weight right away.
For her, exercise was an effective way to relieve stress, besides coping with the rigors of being in the public eye.
Now that she has True, exercising is also her “me time,” which every mom deserves to have.
